What are Ezybonds?

Ezybonds Members are exclusively rewarded with free Ezybonds Dividend Rights in accordance with the Table below.

Upon registration as an Ezybonds Member, the free Ezybonds Dividend Rights will be eligible to participate in cash bonuses commencing immediately when announced by Ezybonds Inc.

Whilst Members are not obliged to operate their Ezyaccounts in order to qualify for participation in the cash bonuses, they will receive one additional free Ezybonds Dividend Right for each and every US$1.00 held in their Ezyaccount for a qualifying period of not less than 30 days. These additional free Ezybonds Dividend Rights shall remain eligible to participate in the cash bonuses until either the US$1.00 (or multiple thereof) is withdrawn from their Ezyaccount or their membership lapses.

What is an Ezyaffiliate?

Individuals, corporations or government bodies who open an Ezyaccount become "Ezybonds Members".

All Ezybonds Members are entitled to earn general referral commissions as they are automatically registered as "Ezyaffiliates".

Ezybonds Members (who are also merchants) must be registered as "Certified Merchants" before they can implement and generate revenues from the Ezybonds internet, ATM, POS & SMS/MMS processing systems.

Only "Accredited Corporate Manager (Ezy ID 14770)" can recommend and approve Certified Merchants for their programs.

Accredited Corporate Managers (Ezy ID 14770) are an exclusive group (less than 20 entities) which are contracted by Ezybonds for the global distribution of Ezybonds products.

Ezyaffiliates

Only earn commissions by referring new members via their unique email/web site security codes.

Ezyaffiliate commissions are only payable on internet transactions.

Ezybonds Members who are not Certified Merchants, cannot generate additional fees or tariffs from Ezybonds internet, ATM, POS or SMS/MMS transactions.

Accredited Corporate Manager (Ezy ID 14770) (ACM's)

ACM's are approved and authorized by Ezybonds Inc.

Only ACM's can approve Certified Merchants.

Certified Merchants are directly linked to the ACM's.

ACM's receive commission on all fees generated by the Certified Merchants use of Ezybonds Internet, ATM, POS & SMS/MMS systems. The ACM's and Certified Merchants share the commission as agreed.

ACM's directly negotiate with Certified Merchants in order to secure their customer data bases.

ACM's and Certified Merchants jointly agree on additional fees called "tariffs" (if any), to be charged to customers of the Certified Merchants. The ACM's and Certified Merchants share the 100% commission as agreed.

An Ezyaffiliate must negotiate a deal with ACM before any of their referrals can be upgraded to a Certified Merchant.

ACM's control the entire upgrade process and distribution of all fees and tariffs.

ACM's have a unique "protected client list" program in order to pursue leads which over rides Ezyaffiliate referrals.

All commissions are instantly paid and continue in perpetuity so long as the Certified Merchant continues transacting with Ezybonds.

Ezycash Pins are security coded pin numbers that have a corresponding cash value recorded in the Ezybonds data base. The Ezycash Pins may be used to pay merchants by deducting funds from the value of the Ezycash Pin in return for the goods or services or sent to other parties.

Ezycash Pins are an inexpensive e-commerce application. They are computer generated in any currency value and available in any quantity. The Ezycash Pins are available on the internet, via mobile phone or terminals at retail outlets.

Ezycash Pins can be delivered via email, SMS, printed from a PC, or obtained on a voucher from a terminal, and are shown in an easy to read and manage format.
